If you have any fears that you may have been a victim of fraud, or are concerned about the security of your data, please let your banker know immediately so we can help you.

If you have lost your card, or it has been stolen, or you suspect your card details have been compromised, please contact our Cards Centre on 0345 601 1107 (+44 345 601 1107 from outside the UK). Calls to this number will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week.

If you receive a phone call claiming to be from Hampden & Co (or any other bank) and you are in any doubt about the call, hang up the phone, wait 5 minutes until the line is clear, or use another device and speak with your banker on the number provided in your opening documentation or on the website.
