Hampden & Co has appointed Claire Mann to the new role of Head of Client Proposition.
In the role, Claire will lead the bank’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) programme to continue building on its commitment to provide exceptional client service and foster deep, long-term relationships. She will report to Andrew Bell, Chief Commercial Officer at the bank.
Claire joins Hampden & Co from Handelsbanken where she was Senior Operations and Programme Manager responsible for the design, implementation and management of CRM. She has also held senior operational and CRM roles at NatWest, KPMG and HSBC.
In its first half 2023 results released in August, Hampden & Co reported client numbers were up 8 per cent to more than 5,000, with a sharp rise in referrals from professional partners.
In line with growing client demand, Hampden & Co has continued to add to its banking, senior management and support teams throughout 2023. This includes Mark Plummer, who joined as Head of Private Banking in London, and John Glanville and Patrick Preece, who joined as a Banking Directors.
