Hampden & Co has appointed Kaushalya Somasundaram to the Board of Hampden & Co. Kaushalya is a chartered accountant and an MBA, and she joins the Board as Non-executive Director.
Kaushalya spent much of her executive career at HSBC where she established their Fintech Partnerships and Strategic Innovation Investments unit. She has also served in director, consultancy and advisory roles at various leading financial services firms.
Commenting on the appointment, Chair of the Board, Simon Miller said, “Kaushalya brings with her a depth of banking, financial and digital experience which will be beneficial for the next phase of the Bank’s growth.”
