Caroline joined the Board in February 2021 as Non-Executive Director and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee. She has more than 25 years’ global executive experience gained in the financial services sector with a background in investment management, including global markets, regulation, and risk management.
Caroline also serves as non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committees at Brewin Dolphin PLC. and Ecclesiastical Insurance Office PLC.
