Mark Plummer

Mark’s career in Private Banking started at Coutts and he spent 25 years between there and C. Hoare & Co before joining Barclays Wealth in 2008 as Head of Banking & Credit. He then joined Handelsbanken in 2016 to set up and run their office in Mayfair.

Mark has extensive experience and deep knowledge of risk and change, looking after high value clients, managing teams and building private and corporate banking businesses. He joined Hampden & Co in 2023 to lead the London private banking team.

Outside work, Mark is President (Chair) of Lewisham Plus Credit Union and he has a keen interest in food, wine, travel, skiing and shooting.
