General Counsel
As General Counsel, Gordon is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the Board and management team. He also supports the Board and its sub-committees as Company Secretary.
Gordon studied at the University of Edinburgh where he completed a law degree and the Diploma in Legal Practice before training with Dundas & Wilson. He was admitted as a Solicitor & Notary Public by the Law Society of Scotland in 2009.
Before joining Hampden & Co in 2022, Gordon worked for Dutch-owned investment company, Aegon Asset Management, where he was responsible for all legal, regulatory and company secretarial matters in the UK.
